Homemade Frosting

Vanilla Frosting

4 1/2 Cups Confectioner's (Powdered) Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter, softened
1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla
4-5 Tablespoons of Milk

Cream the butter. Add the vanilla. Gradually add in the Sugar.
Add the tablespoons of Milk to get the consistency you want.

Chocolate Frosting
4 cups of confectioner's Sugar
1/2 Cup Baking Cocoa
1/2 Cup Butter Softened
1 1/2 Teaspoons of Vanilla
4-5 Tablespoons of Milk or Coffee

Follow the directions above.

Cream Cheese Frosting
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla


Beat the cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
Add the Vanilla.
Add the sugar, beat until smooth.
